Tournament Directors Wanted

Check Raise Poker is looking for enthusiastic Tournament Directors to host poker tournaments at venues across:

• Brisbane

• Ipswich

• Gold Coast

• Sunshine Coast

Employment Options

Standard weekly tournament shifts are typically 5–6 hours, with additional hours available during major tournament series, special events and private functions.

Part-Time Benefits

Pay Rates

Part-Time

• From $26.50 per hour

• $29.68 per hour including 12% Super

Casual

• From $33.50 per hour

• $37.52 per hour including 12% Super

Higher rates may be available for the right candidates based on experience.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Have a broad knowledge of poker, tournaments and structures

• Possess sound computer skills

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Be able to follow procedures and take direction

• Be available to work flexible evening and weekend hours

• Be able to obtain and maintain all required licensing (TDA)

• Have reliable transport and access to a laptop

• Have strong maths and cash-handling skills

• Be physically capable of lifting and transporting equipment

• Work well within a team while maintaining a professional attitude

• Be willing to work extended hours during Check Raise Poker Series events and other major tournaments
